"Dama Code For Information Technology" is a company registered in Saudi Arabia, authenticated by the Saudi Business Center under Authentication Number #0000155228. We develop the "ZAM Calendar Business" App to help employees manage their work schedule efficiently. This privacy policy explains how we handle information in the business version of the app.

Company Domain Sign In

This "Zam Calendar business" app will ask you to enter your company email address (for example: name@company.com) only to verify your company association. Your email is deleted immediately afterward. We use it only to send a one-time verification code and to verify your company domain.

We do not save your email address in our servers.
We do not share your email with anyone for advertising or marketing.
We do not use your email for newsletters, promotions, or ads.
Your email address is used only to complete verification and is deleted immediately afterward.

Company Information

The app stores only what it needs to load the correct company configuration (for example, your company identifier or company domain). This is used to show the correct company calendar rules and schedules in the app.

Total Privacy: We Never Access Your Personal Event Data

Your personal calendar event data (the calendar events you create) remains private and accessible only by you. It is saved in your official Apple Calendar app. We never have access to your event data. We never upload or save your personal event data on our servers.

- iCloud Storage: If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization, your personal event data is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account. This process is handled solely by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policies.

Usage Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage information (such as which screens are viewed) to help us improve the app.
